can anyone help with problem & rockhopper ink please?

HI,

I recently added a second hand rockhopper 38 to my collection but have not really had a chance to use it. It came with some used cartridges and after setting it up the Cyan was empty. I ordered a set of Inktec 440ml Eco Solvent Ultra cartridges and a set of cleaning cartridges yesterday. They arrived today but I am having trouble loading them. I put the cleaning cartridges in and according to the manual they should be auto detected and start the cleaning process. They didn't, but instead come up with the error "differ ink kind"
I've had a look through the menu but there doesn't seem to be anything I can do to get them recognised. I decided to put the old ones back in, but not they are coming up with the same thing! I've had the old cartridges out before to check their capacity and they have been loaded back in without any problems. Can anyone shed and light on my problem?

Any help will be apprecited.

Apparently you use different types of ink on the plotter! And please add photo of all cartridges.

I am interested in all of the discussions, although I may not be able to post my opinions because my workplace and I have to wait until the end of the day to make my comment or provide an answer.
